Shipping Policy


All items ordered on the HODA website will ship from London via Royal Mail, First Class, Signed For.

Your order will be despatched within 48 hours. Allow 3-5 business days to receive your order.

Once we have shipped your order we will send you an email with a reference number so you can track its journey. 

Orders will not be despatched on weekends or Bank Holidays.

Non UK 
If you are ordering with a delivery address from outside the UK, deliveries will take a bit longer. Please note the following points:

  • The time from order to delivery will vary depending on your location. However, you should expect to receive your order within 12 workings days of its despatch.

  • Orders will be shipped on the basis that they will be signed for at the delivery address. We will provide you with a shipping tracking reference number.

  • HODA is required to declare the value of all international shipments for customs purposes. Any and all duties, taxes and fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Once your order has been delivered and signed for, HODA ceases to be responsible for lost or stolen packages.

HODA uses 100% compostable mailer bags to ship your orders. If you have any concerns about delivery of your order, contact us by email or contact your local postal office.


Return & Exchange Policy


Please contact us within 7 working days of receiving your order if you are not happy with any of the items you receive. Email us at and we will provide you with a returns address.

In order to qualify for a refund, all items must be received by HODA unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and in a resaleable condition.

Once HODA has confirmed receipt of a return request, the customer is responsible for ensuring the item is returned within 7 days. The acceptance of any items received after that will be at HODA's discretion.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping costs are also the responsibility of the customer.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure safe delivery of returns. We recommend that you use a "signed for" service for your return shipment.

No refund will be approved if a return shipment is not received by HODA.

Sale Items 

Reduced price items which are featured on the SALE page of the HODA website are "Final Sale Only". This means that they cannot be returned for a refund. The product description will state if this policy applies to the item. 



HODA stocks many one-off pieces which means that it may not be possible to exchange an item for an exact match or the same in a different size. If you would prefer an exchange to a refund please contact us by email.



When we receive your return, we will be process it as quickly as possible. Please allow 7 days from the date of your return being received for the refund to be processed.

HODA reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our Return Policy.
